What Can I Expect From A Private Consultation?

During your initial consultation, I will help you determine your mind-body type and identify your imbalances, which is the starting point for self-healing in Ayurveda. I will then work with you to create a personal health program, always taking into consideration individual factors such as your age, state of health, lifestyle, environment and goals. Recommendations may consist of proper diet, gradual lifestyle changes that may include yoga and meditation practices as well as cleansing and rejuvenating Ayurvedic therapies and herbs. You will also be given a Welcome Package with the basic guiding tools to learn how to apply the ancient yet practical knowledge of Ayurveda into your life.

In Ayurveda, health is a long term commitment with yourself. Follow up consultations are available to help you deepen the understanding of your mind-body type, to review and refine your program and provide further inspiration for your ongoing journey toward health and vitality.
