I believe that a sense of health and well-being is unique to the individual. It is not a destination but a life-long journey as it is an ever-evolving and creative process. In this sense, it is just as much an art as it is a science, which involves tuning into and trusting one’s innate wisdom within. Ultimately, we are each responsible for our own sense of health and well-being.

What I can offer is support and inspiration for your personal journey, while also sharing tools for self nourishment and care that can help guide you along the way. My offerings are influenced by both Ayurveda and modern principles as well as my own life experiences.

Cleanses

I also lead individuals and groups through private Ayurveda Cleanses, or panchakarma. This is a traditional cleanse which involves a regimen of eating only Kitchardi (a tasty soup made with mung beans and rice) for one week. This technique has been used for thousands of years to purify the body of toxins that accumulate as a result of improper diet, stress and environmental pollutants. Traditionally, a panchakarma is recommended in the Autumn season, to embrace nature’s energy of shedding and preparing for the winter.

I can also guide you through a home panchakarma wherever you are in the world, which includes a private consultation via Skype or in person. For more information contact me here.
